Rose Riding Crop by Ruff Doggie Styles

Wanting to give your lover a sweet treat? From Fascinations, I bring you the Roses Riding Crop, similar to the Roses Flogger, made by Ruff Doggie Styles. It's made completely of high quality leather, and has a beautiful little rose bud on its end as the riding crop's tip. It might look like a cute and sweet implement, but it can be used devastatingly. For an excellent riding crop, I highly recommend this new piece of mine.

The entire riding crop.
As you can see, its rose bud is a beautiful red color (though it also comes in a few different shades), and the shaft and leaves are a light to deep shade of green. It gives it that true rose-like coloration, which makes it more realistic and aesthetically pleasing. It's also extremely unique—I mean, honestly, when have you ever seen a red and green riding crop, save for this one? I haven't, and if I did, they were custom made.

The handle is the same hue as the rose: a beautiful scarlet red. And to accent it, the wrist or hanging strap is the same green as the riding crop's shaft. Pretty neat, no? Ruff Doggie Styles really paid attention to detail with this beauty, as they do with all of their products.

Up close images of the tip of the riding crop.

Its total length is 24½", the tip being 2" and the handle 6". The wrist/hanging strap is a substantial size to both fit around the wrist and be hung on a hook. If you have a riding crop shelf (these shelves usually have slots that will fit the handle), the handle's end is a perfect size that will sit comfortably and easily without being too tight, letting you take it out without a struggle.

As with all of their products, Ruff Doggie Styles makes their Rose Riding Crop out of high quality, good smelling leather. This not only means that it will last for an extremely long time, but it also means that you can be sure that you're holding a top-notch riding crop. Since it is formed like a rose, it's not really made for equestrian play, but it is good for people new to using riding crops (since it's not very intimidating) and for those particularly sarcastic sadistics (well...I find it amusing, at least).

I was pretty surprised to find out just how good this riding crop is. It actually works really well and doesn't fall apart; the force with which it makes contact with the skin is quite stingy and quite painful. The rose isn't too firm, but it's not too floppy either, giving enough swing in it to make a nice slap on the tush, thighs, or breasts if you so please. My personal favorite places to hit are the bottom and the thighs. Even though I've started to become more accustomed to my floggers recently, I have re-found my love for riding crops with this one.

The Rose Riding Crop can give marks anywhere from a light pink tinge to some heavy bruises. So anyone who doesn't like too much pain but loves riding crops would be safe with purchasing this one, so long as they're careful with how they use it.

If I've gotten you even slightly interested in this piece, you can purchase your own over at Fascinations for a low price of $35, which is pretty good for a well-made crop. If it's not the sort of thing that's your taste, you can check out Fascinations' website for tons of other products, ranging from vibrators to cock rings to sex furniture!

A special thanks to Fascinations for sending me this riding crop, free of charge, for my honest review. Thank you!

A Flogger and a Bar

Just as I said—a flogger and a bar. These are pictures of the Sparticus Loves Theo flogger, made by Ruff Doggie Styles, and the Spreader Bar with Triangle Rings, made by Spartacus. They're both lovely additions to my ever growing collection, and they're both excellent pieces. I put them together in one post because I was honestly too lazy to make another post (I know, I deserve a spanking). HA! But regardless, here they are for you to feast your little eyes upon.

My flogger and my bar, together in harmony.

First, I'll show pictures of the bar, since I did not take many. It's an excellent bar with a plastic piece between the leather, making it stiff as anything and great for use for even the most squirmy of submissives. It doesn't bend or break, which is very much needed for a multitude of reasons. It also has seven triangle rings, meaning that you can use it in many ways and also spread your partner at different widths. The bar is about $75, which I am surprised to say is a good price. It's most definitely worth it.

Showing a little vanity shot on the left, and me with it attached to the bar. Yeah, I know, you can laugh.

Now, here are images of the Sparticus Loves Theo flogger. What that means in particular, I honestly have no idea. But it's a great flogger, extremely heavy and giving a nice, hard thud when used. The tails...boy, the tails are so thick, I was astonished. I've never owned a flogger with such thick tails, and now that I do, I'm amazed at their strength and am very pleased to own it. Another pretty thing about the tails are the rounded edges. But that's all in my review here. Let's just get to the good part, shall we?

The handle and wrist/hanging strap of the flogger.

Showing the thickness of the tails, how it connects to the flogger, and the rounded edges.

So there you have it. A flogger and a bar, a bar and a flogger. Two great BDSM products that I'm extraordinarily happy to own. You can purchase your own here at Edenfantasys. They're not currently carrying the flogger (such a shame), but hopefully they will soon, and when they do, I will most definitely update you all on the details, pricing, and all of that.
